So, Vol 1- The Michael Parks Try Try Again is kind of a soul rock record, Vol 2- Visionettes is a "not-country" record, and Vol 3- The Writing On The Wall is in the folk/country vein, recorded in Ottawa. Volume 4 will be a Micheal Parks release, I think.

I kind of stumbled into making these little videos to. Three so far...the soul searching and joyous Chinese Laundry, the documentary film and country music blending Cry Me A River, and the bloated epic Come To The Island.

Before I started this series I did some other stuff, mostly with the amazing Kelp Records. Did you enjoy Andy Swan's Ottawa? Well, then you might also enjoy the free Sunshine EP, recorded at the same time. Vol 3 is in that same vein too.
